  • Business Information: Pat & Max is a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago, specializing in ID cards, rubber stamps, and printing services. 
  • Governing Law: These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. 
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. 

2. Products and Services

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • Pricing and Currency: All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
  • Design Services: Where custom design services are provided, Pat & Max reserves the right to use reasonable efforts to meet your specifications. The final product may vary slightly from previews due to the nature of custom production.

3. Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. 
  • Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including wire transfer. Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting us directly, but cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already entered the production process.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Pat & Max shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its products. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on any information presented on the site or delays in operation.
